In this section we will list some of the worst shippers in the trucking industry and shippers who lessen their community by keeping truckers dangerous on the highway.

These shippers do NOT know what they are doing. These shippers do NOT keep YOU safe on the highways because of their bad shipping practices!

Exel

Exel Logistics (Kellogg's Division) is one of the worst shippers I have ever seen. They will not load the truckers on time and will run MANY hours over the drivers scheduled appointment time. Even many hours after the appt time when they do get loaded the driver has to wait HOURS for the paperwork to be completed.
This company endangers the motoring public by very poor shipping practices which keep tired truckers on the freeway.

Big Lots is a VERY slow receiver. You can easily sit 6-10 hours AFTER your appointment in their docks.
I recently delivered to Big Lots and was amazed that it took 6 hours to unload very little freight (less than 1/3 of a trailer) that WAS all on pallets. This has happened EVERY single time I've delivered to ANY Big Lots distribution center
