CR.England - The Training
Department at CR. England will terminate a trainee if she
reports sexual assault against her Trainer. They will rush
out the victim by creating a chaotic atmosphere (which is
easy to do to a freshly raped victim who has never had an
opportunity to seek help) so she doesn't make a police
report (not that West Valley would actually make a report,
).
Training Coordinator Nikki Mears had given the Criminal
Trainer the Heads Up on who's reporting him, by forewarning
him before we reached the terminal, and she had purchased my
bus ticket the day before I arrived. She even told him, she
thought he would kill me; according to Jeff Walker the
Trainer.
They terminate the victim, and they keep the Criminal. They
kept him until they received my EEOC report in February. I
know this to be a fact, because I drove side by side with
him on I80 eastbound just last January, in a CR. England
Truck.
They do not apologize or even offer Counseling.
They do NOTHING to try and make it right. Not that it could
be made right. But, they offered NOTHING to this Victim.
Jeff even admitted to me, he has done this before.
Their Background checks????? WHAT A JOKE!
