I like the member who's user name is "Attitude ' That says it all in my opinion!

All of us go thru the 'ups' (times in the Sun) & 'downs' (the meat grinder) in life at one time or another. That's part of the' Life' experience. And, as the scriptures verify, it's the 'downs' that build our character, patience (or long suffering), and thereby our hope & endurance.

I've had both, as most have, maybe more since have some 'years' on me; but, know for a fact at this point in my life, that the 'meat grinder' has made me a better person! It's that meat grinder that has burned out the careless youth, the focus on self, the win at any cost attitude, and brought me to search for the 'real purpose in life' many years ago. Most of the regulars here know my positions, but not how I got there. And, I wont start preaching now!! Bottom line (that's me!): sometimes the only way to see up is to hit the bottom....but that can be one Hell of a trip!! My advice, dont wait til you get to that 'bottom'...learn from the meat grinder now and save alot of misery & wasted time in life!! AKA Dr. F-I-L

Well I have had long suffering but I can't say it's done much for me having patience..lol.
Although I must be coming along as I have much HOPE and endurance.

Well, you know blondes dont do well in 'the sun!' ha ha But as the ADMIN on Report/Forum, you must be a 'Saint' from all your meat grinder experiences!! LOL As I said, it can make or break one's attitude----grinding can 'sharpen your iron, or just dull it!!' I vote 'sharpen' for you!! ha ha

** And, oh by the way, for those who think I may be in the meat grinder NOW---wrong, I'm enjoying a 'time in the sun!' (not talking about hot Tucson, either! Gave up the long bike ride today for a shorty. LOL)
