Stun Guns

Does anyone know anything about stun guns? Since we can't carry on our trucks, are these strong enough to not get us into more trouble if someone's strung out on dope etc?

I was a police officer for over 3 years and stun guns are great. the only problem is you have to get within arms length to use them. if some nut has a knife or gun you don't wanna get that close. I would strongly recommend you get a taser gun. it works the same as a stun gun but you shoot someone within 20 feet. during training I got hit with both and i can say a taser is by far the worst. I'll take pepper spray any day over 80,000 volts! you hit'em and they will go down. no matter how big and bad they think they are.

Thanks Smurf. I was thinking of getting both the stream pepper spray and stun gun. I can see your point. Is it legal to carry a tazer?

To the best of my knowledge it's legal. but check your local laws to make sure.

I have a skunk tail that I could send you that ... trust me will work just fine. NO one will get within 50 feet of you with that thing.

He was living under my porch and needed to go.

What's wrong with these crazy people cutting of our rights to protect ourselves! Sad, but I can see why Tazers and these things can be a problem, but what about applying for a permit to carry those too? It's just nuts to think people want to do in our rights to protect our homes etc. No one will ever take my guns from me. Period.

I'll take you up on the skunk for DOT
