| New is not always improved! Case in point. Most of you know I had been off the road since 04. Today's technology is not as good as the ole days. At least not in the rest areas. For instance you are trying to brush your teeth. The sink has a secret code that you have to decifer to get the water to come on. When you figure it out it spits water out for 2 seconds.  Or you need to use the stall. Used to be you used the handle to flush. Now it senses you have moved and flushes for you. Problem is you just leaned forward or to the side to tend the paper work and it flushes acting as a biday and giving you a butt wash as it flushes. Now you need extra paper to dry off, but you have already used the rationed amount of paper that it thinks you need.

| Speaking of doing the paperwork... I'd be willing to pay an extra .01% in taxes if I knew that it was going specifically for getting QUALITY and COMFORTABLE toilet paper in public rest areas!

It's too bad that we all (myself included) can't remember our own short comings at the exact moment a fellow man or woman is having one of their own. Real men drive whatever will pay the bills, but will always wish they still drove Petes!  |
