Pumpkin Driver Site 4 Sale

Seems like things are not going good at SNI and the owner of the Pumpkindriver website is thinking of selling. Seems SNI eliminated their Retention Manager because she came on there and answered questions of drivers and potential drivers. SNI says it is due to cost cutting.

Employee rumors are that SNI is pushing for the Mexican truckers to be here to help raise their profits. Employees crying about mechanical problems not getting fixed and low miles, the mighty is falling. Seems SNI is maybe putting the heat on him over employees complaining on there.

Glad we have a non-biased site like this one to come and chat and complain if we want. That's why I'm glad Wiseone allowed the JB Recruiter to come on here and answer questions. As long as they don't steal emails and spam us why not let them answer questions if people wish to ask.

This is NOT surprising. They have tried spamming us for YEARS now and your thread automatically went into moderation due to it...I approved it though. Depends on how much they want for the site...I might buy it. Most likely they will want a ridiculous amount though and I ain't rich...still working on my speedboat as it is, ROTF. Boy, Schneider getting Mexican truckers is not surprising either...I KNOW JB Hunt is chomping at the bit for this to happen for sure. Sigh. Anyone know how much they want for it, PM me with it, please.

I don't look for this to really be a problem for the Pumkin. After all, they managed to get a jump on ALL the other majors in China.

I do believe the time line of NAFTA may have crippled them for a bit. But, it will pay HUGE for them in the long run.

Check this link for China and Schneider dealings. [LINK POSTED BY MEMBER] Only Members Can View This Truck Forum Link.

Check this link for China regarding Mexican Port Operations. This artical also covers Panama and the current political issues surrounding port operations and who wants to handle the traffic. While not entirely about the China/Mexico port debate. It does confirm it through a credible source.

The following is an independant story about the Mexico/China relationship, and subject to a lot of spin. It has a ton of info. Little I am willing to take the time to confirm.

I think it would be safe to say SNI will benefit greatly by the Mexicans here, they dont have to pay thier 29 cents per mile they will get those loads for much less you can bet by their company owned mexican trucks.
