Pardon Me while I laugh my bottom off!!

Sunday afternoon here was WILD, or at least it was by CA standards! The weather got really really crazy on us! Rain, thunder, lightening, VERY HIGH winds, some hail, and even a rumors of a tornado!

Police, fire officials, city work crews, and even the public have all been sying it was a tornado that did the damage at Royal Oaks Mobile home park!

I was out and about in this storm, and I SAW the rotation! I SAW the funnel! I later saw pictures of the debris field! The debris was scattered in a "pattern" indicitive of a tornado! My wolf/shepard mix went CRAZY during this storm... But NWS Hanford INSISTED it was all "straight line" winds!! If it walks like a duck, and talks like a duck...

Well, today's headlines says it all as far as I am concerned!! According to the Fresno Bee, the NWS Hanford has changed their stance! It was indeed a tornado that touched down in eastern Visalia!!

We had the same weather. It was very wicked "for winter" I guess we had a tornadoe to but last night they all thought it "could" be due to 80 mph winds.
It killed a mother and her child in a mobile home, SO SAD

I was scared as the wind was very "wicked" it wasn't the normal wind/rain/hail storm it was just plain wicked.

I made it out with no damage but several (no # count) made it out with plenty of damage .

I wish they would ban the mobile homes/trailers, it would save lives, however renting/owning a home is more expensive so I can't blame them.
Maybe make it a regulation to evacuate if a storm is coming in because their chances are even slimmer. If they don't evacuate and survive they can be evicted if a renter. If a trailer owner and a kid dies/injures the parent is to be charged. Its a matter of safety for the "next generation" and showing them how we need to stand up to the plate in my "Hummble opinion".

Just my advice here, that's all
