Watchin and worrying... I am watching the weather in my parents area tonite, and sitting here wooying my little mind out. They are under a Tornado Watch. And I am watching this HUGE string of storms approaching them very fast. And knowing that once I warn them, there is not a blasted thing I can do... I HATE feeling helpless. __________________

I'm SO thankful there's no severe weather here!! No tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc. I can't imagine the worrying you must do, Bonnie... that'd drive me insane..

They are 30 miles from McAlester, OK. I sat here and watched until shortly after 1 am my time, when the storm started to weaken and lost it's rotation. Sometimes the worry almost makes me ill. Dad has been known to do "high risk" things.... like deliver propane to an old couple out in the sticks when there was an inch and a half of ice on the round. And he's no youngun himself!
