Filming has begun on the fifth season, according to executives with A&E, the cable network that broadcast "Dog the Bounty Hunter." Reruns of the show will start June 25, with new episodes, including ones from the fourth season that have not previously aired, coming a few weeks later.

The show features Chapman and crew chasing down bail jumpers in Hawaii and other states. It was pulled from the air in November when Chapman was heard in a taped phone conversation using a racial slur in reference to his son's girlfriend, who is black.

It's a bad move .....it's just like making a driver get in a cab over after driving in the studio, I personally won't watch the show.

I had only watched this show about two times and got real sick of it!

THEY try and make this "DOG" character out to be some hero he really isn't.

And his family members....don't even get me started. lol

My brother loved it
I thought it was OK
But if you ever wanted to put the words trailer park trash to pictures you would come up with his family LOL
Its amazing how many people looked at him for a level of morality to set their standards at

This show was/is a sad commentary on the average TV viewing audience. I cannot believe how popular shows like this and Jerry Springer are!!! Why would anyone want to watch white trash chasing and arguing with white trash? If I wanted to do that I could have stayed in my old home-town neighborhood!

Dog and his crew make me sick.
They pray before they go out (which I think is great) then when they get the bad guy or girl the filth comes out of their mouth.
That is an insult to the LORD.
