Thanks everyone your comments and feedback have been much appreciated. Trust me I've second guessed myself a million ways from Sunday on this.

I was only due to be in California for 10 days but have decided to extend that in order to get done what will need to be done if anything needs to be done. I don't think it's any secret I also suffer from Depression and PTSD.......to say I've been down lately is putting it mildly. This move has been crazy wonderful and very scary. It's forcing me out of my comfort zone and it's been rough but I will bounce back and be fine.

I talked with my aunt the other day who kinda added a new spin to this. When we were on our way back here we were in an accident. To make a long story short my nephew hit the back of the u-haul I was in. We were at a dead stop and he was goin at least 40mph maybe 45. At the time I didn't think anything of it.......I still don't really but it's something to mention.

The last few days have been hit and miss and so far so good if I take Aleve in the am and pm. It does nothing for the pain but alleviates the stiffness.

My wife was diagnosed with fibromayalgia 2 years ago. A lot of the doctors don't know a whole lot about it. She goes to a pain management clinic now and they treat her with Lyrica, Morphine sulphate, and percocette. Sometimes it works real good and other times nothing helps. I hope it gets better for you. I wish all you good luck in good health. I've got minor health issues myself. I use "Dit Da Jow" for all my muscle, bone, & tendon issues..... it is an herbal medicine from China (I think). And anything else I go get "accupuntured".

I try not to take medicines due to the fact, the human body rejects alot of man made drugs. I will take them if I have to though... but I try the more natural herbs first.

I have Bi-poler aka alot of Depression and It is not all in the mind it reely dose caues you (me) Flu like pain I feel very bad for you and you will be in my prays. even Jesus cryed it happen to all of us so dont feel bad about it when you need to cry CRY.

Use to have alot of musle pain when I ate any wheat at all. But, as werid as it sounds after three years when I had what seem to be kidnee stones my doctor found Gull stones on a CT scan. Once I had my Gull blader taken out the pain from eating wheat went away. However, I do still feel like I have the flu when I get depressed. I am not a doctor but these maybe things to look into. P.S. I can't take OTC pain meds so I know what it's like to hurt Please Know we are here for you.
