29. Celery has negative calories! It takes more calories to eat a piece of celery than the celery has in it to begin with. It's the same with apples!

NOT true becaues when i eat Celery or apples i feel good about myslef and so i then eat a candy bar and a pop! LOL

Did you kown apples have caffine in them.

I do use one pice of Celey when cooking a Rost becaues it will absorb the salt in the sock and then i take it out and my gary is lower in sodim.
