Drug test and government welfare

You and I, all working people have to take a drug test to get a job. Before we can even go out an earn money we have to take a drug test to earn that money. Now I myself have no problem with taking a test to get a job. What I do have a problem with is all the people that revieve some form or another of welfare from the governent that do not have to take a DRUG TEST. Now these people are getting our (tax payers) money that we have to take a drug test to earn, without taking a drug test. Don't get me wrong everyone needs help everynow and then, who knows I myself one day may need to revieve some form of welfare from the government. But it seems like if I have to take one to earn the money why do they not have to take one to recieve it. If the government mandated drug testing for people trying to recieve some kind of tax payer money (welfare) we would cut out 75% of the money being given out. Now that would save us a lot of money.

I know I may catch a lot of slack for this but this is just how I feel.

I completely agree with you on that coonass. That should be mandatory to receive any welfare, food stamps, etc.

Very very good idea! The only problem well there are a lot but I will group them together and say Democraps would never ever let that happen because it makes way to much scense and if they didnt come up with the idea first then its considered stupid.

Hmmmmmmmm
I have a couple-0 questions -----
WHO's gonna PAY for all those drug tests?
Or, are y'all figurin' it'll pay for itself when so many
collectors forfeit their allotment?

If so, do y'all reckon there'll be a big increase in crimes?
And who's gonna pay for THAT?

Pretty soon, the law-abiding folks will be insisting to be locked up
behind bars and prison walls, and let the criminals rule the outside
world.
Can y'all just imagine folks tryin' to break INTO prison?

How 'bout an additional 20 years in prison for good behavior?

The savings to the system because of the drug users will pay for it. I would not object to some tax dollars paying for that, because it's going to save money in the long run. It will also tip them off on who to watch and bust for drugs on the street.

Yea thats very true and with the aprox. 75% savings that we would get from drug testing recipents of a "free" check not only could that extra money pay for the drug testing but I believe we could also compensate law enforcement agencies for the increased work load that would enevitably insue when non compliants started commiting crimes.

How are the drug users gonna pay for it if their checks
get lost in the mail?

And what about the (multiple) children they have, and can't afford
to support without the aid of J.Q. Taxpayer?

I remember a woman who asked the Mayor of Los Angeles:
I have 9 kids to support.
When are YOU gonna find ME a job?

The Mayor answered,
Did it ever occur to you NOT to have so many children?

And, for that question, the Mayor was called a "racist", ........
as the woman informed the Mayor that having kids was her RIGHT.
Imagine that and
go figure.

However, the woman was "too insulted" to answer the Mayor's question.

Maybe an IQ test should also be administered along with that
drug test?
Perhaps she didn't comprehend what the Mayor was REALLY sayin'?

Round and Round we go -----
Will the circle continue to be unbroken?

Decrease drug use ---
Increase crime.

Why not just increase the purity of the drugs,
and let 'em overdose?
