| What's a house weigh? I just got this in an email and had to share it with y'all. Enjoy!! 3 Questions from a Redneck Engineer Question # 1: How much does a house weigh? Question # 2: How much weight can a rural two-lane bridge Hold???    and Question # 3 SO......WOULD THIS BE COVERED BY HOUSE INSURANCE, CAR INSURANCE, OR, DOES IT COME UNDER ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE???

| depends on what State it occured in. Most State's require who damaged the bridge, to repair the bridge. That could be a costly house. |

| I vote for #3 - Roadside Assistance. Call AAA, that's what they are for. Since technically the trailer carrying the house is out of commission, you need AAA to come get you.  I thought homeowners insurance was for when there was damage done to the house by an outside force. The house looks to be in pretty good shape. It's the bridge and guard rails that took the brunt of the damage.  Auto insurance doesn't usually come into play until the damaged vehicle has been towed to a garage. Or at least that's what I thought. Then again this could be a DOT thing I'm guessing there was improper signage. Quote:
