arrow

lemme tell you something about arrow.
if you work for them, WATCH your final check. they have a scam going on. its called "an exiting fee" they will take 200 bucks out of your last check and call it an exiting fee. THIS IS COMPLETELY ILLEGAL and yet they continue to do this. you can easily get every penny of it back immediately by calling the tulsa labor board and reporting it. your money will be returned to you. does this tell you anything about the ethics, or lack there of of this company?

think hard about it.

I'm no fan of Schneider, but 5 kids going hungry, don't expect Arrow to care. Schneider will guarantee $500.00 a week no matter the miles.

Take care of the one's that care about you - that's not Arrow, it's your family.

Good luck, Wrinkle

they will garantee 500.00 a week for a set period of time not for the entire time that you are with them. I just do not want you mislead about the 500.00 deal.

Wrinkle,
Arrow DOES care about their drivers, if you show them that you CARE about them. We are sitting at the yard now, they brought Scott in to talk about his logbook, his fuel stops where not matching exactly right. Instead of firing him, they told him to do better and talked to him about it. My mom got stung by a bee once, Arrow sent us home so we could check on her (She is Allergic to bees) How many companies would do that????? You probly rolled over one of their trucks and they fired you (That's what it takes to get fired by Arrow, everything else, they work with you on) And now your just bitter toward them because of something that was YOUR fault.......

Thanks for the tip, I'm sure there was never so much as a scratch on my truck, baby. Arrow sent you home because your Mother was stung by a bee - I was born on a day, but it wasn't yesterday.

Arrow will fire you if you don't start matching up your fuel stops. If you want to know, my niece was seriously ill in Charlotte, NC and Rudy in Laredo promised me one of five loads going to Freightcar in Mt. Holly, NC. Instead he gave them all away and tried to send me on a two-drop crane appointment in NJ and VA. I showed him my logbook and he flat out told me take it or leave it.

Just wait, right now you'll sit in Tulsa for three days, at least, for a walk around and the slowest (although good) shop in the industry.

You must have very little experience, because most drivers know what happens when you talk about other drivers crashing. I hope you live through the kharma, because it will happen as sure as you opened your mouth.

Thank you for clarifying, I don't want to mislead anyone, either. If someone has good options to help this family, let's hear it.

4800 miles huh... that's called illegal.

Arrow is a last chance company...they will hire ANYONE. From drug dealers to felons. They are the Swift of flatbed.

They Do NOT care about their drivers. With over a month notice they made my husband miss my birthday, our anniversary, out makeup date FOR missing it in the first place, my son's birthday, CHRISTMAS, New Years, and many other important dates. Arrow doesn't care.

Or Methy Merle!

Just look at the mangled truck in Arrow's training lot. That was a rolling meth lab. Need I say more?
