idle air is at like 255 truckstops or something like that. you pull up in the stall and put this huge hose in throu ur window with an adopter it blows cold or hot air has internet and satalite tv. u can also do pay per view movies.
Ok. I know what you are talking about. There was a pilot over in West Memphis, AR that has that. They had about what appeared to be at least 100 of them. Isn't it like $2-3/hr?

Also, could you comment on their pay by percentage program?

My Question deals with those that do Southwest Regional and Heavy Haul Specialized. For What does 26% [or whatever they pay] of the NET pay work out to? Also, SW Regional mentions nothing about deadheading. Did they brief you at orientation about this?

well arrow pays for basic idle air for 8 hrs a day. if you want the gold package or more time you have to pay for that.

by % pay I'm guessing you mean the 26% for regional drivers. my trainer is regional he makes good money with the % pay. and he takes weekends off cause he is a million mile driver. like today we have a load going 60 miles and he will make $80 on that. he got like $200 for a load from tulsa to lonestar tx we just did. every load is different you just get 26% of what ever arrow charged for the load. unless your an O/O then its 70%

So is 26% flat? Can this go up with performance or is the 26% fixed? what other pays does he get? tarp? layover? Breakdown? detention? Can he refuse a load?

Thank you. Is that 26% fixed? Or can it be increased or decreased with performance? Is 26% the minimum? What can a new driver average a week with the percentage pay gross - fuel?

This is assuming that the fuel is the responsibility of the driver. Does the percentage regional driver get fuel surcharge if it is not included in the gross freight bill?
