I worked for Arrow for about 5 mo's. The only reason I quit was that I was offered a local job and was able to be home every night. If it wasn't for the fact that they're not hireing in OR right now I would be back w/them(local job laying off after 6 yr's). Dispatch was great, every time I needed time off I got it even in OR. I did what they asked and ran where the loads were. Now this was b4 the log book change so I was able to run pretty good. There was one complaint and that was Tarpping ,I hate Tarpping, and then it was only $10.00 to tarp now it looks like $30.00 that's not bad. I also like the truck (Freightliner). Now that it looks like you could get a KW w/APU sign me up but I'm in OR so I'm trying to get back in and looks like I'm going to have to try refer or van. England or some one else that will take me. So bottom line Arrow's OK

Hey, dcedlr. I have been talking to linda, over in recruiting. I will probably attend orientation within the next week or so. But, I'm trying to get as much info as i can before i commit. How are the miles? How long are you expected to stay out ? I would like to get home western N.C. every 3 weeks ? Does that sound reasonable or do they expect you to stay out longer ? Any info you can offer would be appreciated. If you p/m with truck # i will see if I can get it on.

Do not go to Arrow! They have totally changed and you will not get miles and end up going broke with them. Read this post I put up on Arrow for detailed information:

Optimu5 Prime, How many miles are getting over there a week on avg? I'm supposed to start orientation on monday, Did you pick up your tractor at tulsa or did you have to go elsewhere? 1 day for securement training really doesn't sound like much though!
