just saw the fees for the 2011 UCR, and it's pretty much the same for this year, but saw what a service agent was charging to do it for you and it's about a $70 increase. That is just wrong for them to charge such a difference to do something that takes all of ten mins on the internet. I hope no one is really paying for that service.
