I'm sure that's true, but it still sounds stupid. I guess if you break your company's rules, you will have to discipline yourself. Me, I do a pretty good job of keeping me happy. Occasionally I do anger myself, but I tend to go easy on myself when it comes time for me to punish me.
What a crock, but I'm sure if something happened, you'd be asked (hopefully NOT in court) for written permission that was dated BEFORE whatever took place.
As silly as it sounds, I guess it isn't that big of a deal to print a few of them up and keep them on hand to have riders sign them, JUST IN CASE!!

"JUST IN CASE".......

Whose writing these laws...the creators of LOONY TUNES? -
Yabba Dabba Doo!!,.... -
I know this is old but was looking for this wording for orientation tomorrow.
Wanted to chime in what seems silly for independent O/O vs. what is needed for company. Just imagine if all the "silly" stuff that independents need they wrote additional language for independents. That thick green book would have to be published in volumes. -
Bill, we have a pretty thorough one for our owner ops. It's in Word. If you want a copy, I can send it and you can modify it as you like.
Wasn't clear on what you were looking for but if a sample waiver is it, let me know.BigBadBill Thanks this. -
