Years ago, when you bought a new truck, you had the option of getting a full set of repair manuals with it. Cab and frame, electrical, engine, trans, rearends, etc; depending on how your truck was equipped.
How about these days?
Wondering??

Huh, I was just talking to my neighbor about this the other day. Like you, I know you used to be able to because I remember my friends Dad who owned several trucks would get complete repair manuals, but don't know about today. For what it's worth, I've bought pirated cd's and manuals for various componants before on ebay with moderate success. Good luck.

You want repair manuals and parts book you will pay for them and they are expensive. They will give you a small manual about the truck like where the engine is located and where to check the oil. Call the truck dealer and give them your vin # you can get them for any truck or engine and they will tell you the price but be sitting down because it will be a few hundred dollars just for one book.
