click truck tools, click timers and logs, click logs, click on the quarter you want then click view by state, then if you click on that state it will break it down by each date you traveled in that state during that quarter.

Thank you much fellas, this should help
-
I log everything in a small wire bound book. I log the States I'll be going through during my trip setup, start/end mileage, and odometer in/out each State. The end of each day I log the miles onto our company trip sheet for the States I drove through that day as well as which roads traveled.
Works out very well. Just adds a little to the end of each days paperwork. Once you get a system down it is easy and quick work at the end of the day.
I wish my PC Miler Navigator would track actual miles by Province/State and then be able to report on them. -
Does anyone still use:
[h=1]Prophesy Trucking Dispatch Software[/h]I have read up on it a little and was wondering how it does with keeping track of miles traveled per state and what are pros and cons of this? -
I use a notepad app on the phone. I just record the state I am entering and mileage every time I cross a state line. I use the voice to text option so no typing. Then at the end of the day I transfer it where it needs to go.
