Lease purchase in the same breath? Do they actually throw that line at you?

More like lease punk ya.

They actually said lease/purchase. There was also mention of Wells Fargo Bank. I'm looking at other companies. But Mercer is sending me info!

The van is the reason why.
They have very limited van work and they prolly want you to lease a flat or step.

Yeah probably. And someday I may go back to pulling a flat... I got burned bad when the economy went into the toilet... So I got out of it.

Went to a truck show this past weekend and someone caught us on camera.

If you go to a place with 'tube' in the name, and search for Spencer's Truck Show 2009, my rig will be the first 30 seconds or so of the video. Hope you enjoy it - there are a lot of really great trucks at Spencer's every year. Most put mine to shame!

I seen the video and your truck is pretty cool wings, it fits right in at Spencers. You need to hook it up to a tater wagon like Bell.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the compliments very much.

Should have the CDL accomplished by the end of August, then perhaps a tater wagon (more likely, it will be a reefer) will be in tow...if I'm lucky, I'll get to run with Bell at some point.

The similarities between Bell and I - everything from our backgrounds, to certain medical issues, interests...you name it...it's almost scary. Like we were brothers separated at birth or something.
