Time to start working on positive energy and get your life and business on track. With a little effort you can see Wildcat is not working for them.

Time to start acting like a grown-up.

I have no affiliation at all with Lone Mountain, purchaser employee or otherwise. I have however enojyed reading this thread in the past as it has been to the point and informative, you've messed that up pretty good. All that I'm saying is that your posts make it very obvious what the real problem here is, I'm not sure what you feel like you're accomplishing at this point because there's only one entity looking bad, and it's not Lone Mountain.

Ok, so I went back a read some of the past blather (that's 15-mins of my life lost). This whole line of complaint is a joke. Others have rightfully pointed out that it was a used truck and stuff happens.

But what is also interesting is that you mention you are calling to talk about late payments on one post then slam someone for not having enough reserves. Sounds like you have NO reserves if you can't even make a payment.

I would say you have learned an expensive lesson but doesn't sound all that bad for a used truck. Maybe the expensive lesson is that you are not cut-out to be an O/O.

if it was a fly by night company like you work for then maybe you would be right..... MAYBE

using that breakdown account lets me have repairs done TAX FREE, and all i do is make one call, do you know who to call EVERYWARE in the country if you breakdown....? didn't think so... having that breakdown account lets me get tires cheaper than you can. i need a pm i get what i want sign and leave, i get the truck washed i just sign and leave. no cash, no check, no plastic, and no tax so who's the smart one.... not you

I have over $15,000 in my escrow account with my company. It is intrest berring and they can not touch the money w/o my approval and signed paperwork. It is the EXACT same thing as a personal savings account and it also accrues intrest. I use it as my breakdown account as well, that way when I need tires, or repairs, I get it done, a PO issued and I get their RATE for all work and parts.... You need to look into the leagl side of things driver.

When i drove the great 48 with my dad he told me don't let anyone ripp you off

wake up it has the company name on it and if they go out your $15,000.00 goes with them

as long as there still in business you will have your money but if they have financial problems bye bye money or do you think they are going to worry only about FLOOD when they are broke and the last 5 years several large trucking companies went out of business WAKE UP PUT YOUR MONEY IN YOUR OWN BANK WITHONLY YOUR ACCESS

    big bad Bill

they only postive energy i have is to put LONE MOUNTAIN OUT OF BUSINESS
