If you get a portable one you only need to vent the hot air outside. ( or you will defeat the purpose of the unit.). Mine has a flex hose and with a few minutes in the garage and a piece of 1x6 i make a nice window adaptor for mine. doesnt look the best but , I don't car how it looks only that it works. Looking pretty doesnt put money in the bank.

brycey1, how on earth does that extra tank get fuel to the generator? meathead says it has to be gravity fed, he must be wrong.

Only certified units are allowed this. You have to show the document when it becomes an issue.

Only violations I have ever had (2) have been for over weight. First one was 220 on tandems many years ago. Recently for 530 on drives (no ticket) and the gut next to me was 220 over on drives (he got a ticket because he was acting like an A-hole while lady ahead of me over 1,200 and I got warning ). So yes it happens.

Learned about the certificate at this time as well. I did not have one but still would have got the warning.

is this could be a problem of inverter? or there is just not enough power for the compressor to work .
Ac draws a lot of amps. Would probably kill the batteries pretty quick.
