Being charged with a crime and being convicted are 2 entirely different things--I can't see where this could be a problem of any kind--unless there is more to this?

This is an interesting question that I have never seen a consitant answer or enforcement. I have seen people that have been charged and not convicted get in with not issue and others that have been "suspects" get put through the wringer.

I think the difference is what was discloused. If I remember correctly they ask if you have ever been arrested. If getting denied is going to make a difference on a job I would work with someone that deals with these issues.
