Minimum Per Mile for Texas to South Carolina and back

Running a 53' dry van, what would be the minimum you guys and gals would take from West Texas or Texas in general to South Carolina or any of the other southern states with the exception of Florida? I can never get out of Florida at a good rate and usually head up to Georgia or South Carolina.

I have got some semi-regular loads back and forth, but cannot count on them all throughout the year. I use the load boards as well and have a decent relationship with several brokers.

Now, don't go giving me all the 411 on your bread and butter loads even though I know you want to.

Also, have a happy and safe New Year!!!

    You're selling a service---The shipper is buying a service.
What the buyer will pay and the seller will accept=Value of the service.
