not sure what the average miles per year you roll, but if i were to calculate my break even at $1.03 included in that figure is paying myself a salary of 31k .
if on average i could get 100,000 miles per year would this figure look realistic or not ?
based on a break even at $1.03 per mile and charging $1.50 per mile
would it be safe to assume in addition to paying myself 31k my business could probably bank another 47 k ??
any help would be appreciated..
what is your break even

Where'd the truck come from....I thought you just got your license.
With fuel running between $3.50 and $4.00 your $1.03 number is way off.Mommas_money_maker Thanks this. -
My break even is $1 million a year......so I'm always in the hole (you never know what IRS troll might be out here )

6mpg / $3.75 gallon comes out to $0.625
So your fuel alone to run the truck is about $.63cpm so unless your truck is paid for I don't see you getting to $1.03Mommas_money_maker Thanks this. -
It won't even be anywhere near that with a paid for truck.
thehornet, SHC and Mommas_money_maker Thank this.
