    I would not bet on that. Your '94 is no better off then my '84 with a '96 engine in it.

    Page 16 of the CARB final ruling a 1995 and older truck does not have to comply with the regs for the DPF and will not have to have a 2010 engine till 1/1/15 & 1/1/16.

    Here is the link to the rules and the info is on page 16 and if I read this correctly, it is "optional" to comply with the filter install until 1/1/14 and then it becomes mandatory. So we are all good till then I guess.
