I am an owner operator and I am not having luck finding good drivers. Do you guys have somewhere you go or a way that you go about hiring drivers? I am about to start offering sign on bonuses (after 6 months with signed contract)...thanks

How about a website link so the good drivers can view your company and your offerings?

That or the good drivers that dont jump ship every 15 minutes are all happily employed...:biggrin_25525:
I know I have been offered countless opportunities to lease onto other places, but am perfectly happy where I am. I also know that the grass is not always greener on the other side.
