    Interesting!

Do you have any more information and how to get it?

    What does it cost?

I used to pour a gallon of Lucas in to my tanks once a month. There was a noticeable improvement. I attribute it to the cetane booster that was blended in. When they stopped mixing in the cetane boost, the performance gains disappeared.

you can add 1 qt of the wal-mart 2 cycle oil to 100 gallons and it helps. make sure it the OUTBOARD 2 cycle oil.

over the years i have had many friends try some of these devices and in the end all they gained was a lighter wallet.

there are much more gains in a well maintained truck, with overhead ran, filters kept clean etc. and simply slowing down .

and if a thread can be started to prevent someone from being scammed , i am all for it.

All I use is my original Fuel Preporator to remove entrained air. Entrained air is recognized and documented by major engine mfr. engineers.

Tried Lucas years ago but couldn't justify the price with no improvement in mpg. Snake oil IMHO.

Howes and Power Service (5 gallons worth!) couldn't keep my fuel from crystalizing and clogging my filters at -28°F. But topping off with kerosene cleared things right up.

All those other gadgets and gizmos ain't worth my time except to ridicule the purveyors if the mood strikes me.

Propane and Nitrous Oxide work to improve mileage and HP but they are just another type of fuel really.

Make friends with a restaurant the fries food, ask if you can have the used oil. Filtering is needed but up to you, have made a few filter systems for others and you absolutely need it filtered.

If you have a mechanical diesel with not emissions, next time you change fuel filters fill them with transmission fluid. Cleans all the carbon out of the head and injectors.

I have used it before, nothing bad to say about it, best I have ever used was a quart bottle of this stuff that smelled like dead fish and that is no joke either.

May have to see if a empty bottle is in my pickup tool box to find the name.

20 years ago I used a PTFE friction reducer in the engine , transmission and diffs.
I did get about 6% increase in mpg but only for a short while +- 10 000 miles.
The so called advantage of this product over other PTFE additives was that is't particles were supposedly sub micron and had neutral buoyancy in engine oil.
