I did mine a couple years ago. Freightliner Century at EMCH Spring in Youngstown, OH. I can't remember the price and the bill is at home. But, I replaced the 'spring and a half' with the full 'two leaf' springs. Somewhere around $1300 with alignment, new u-bolts, etcis what is coming up in my head. Go to a HD shop that handles suspensions/alignments and you'll get a much better deal than a dealership.

there's a place called "Lou's Spring" off I-80 by Peru, IL. If you're near there or think you can make it there you'll save a ton over dealership price.

I'll recommend TAFA (truck axle, & frame alignment) on Foster, Ave in Nashville, TN as a good shop with an A-1 reputation and reasonable shop rates.

Where'd you get that done at? And just for parts? I know the Freightliner wanted a lot more for the springs and labor than EMCH Spring did. Which is why I went to them. I don't have the bill on me (was a few years ago and is filed away at home). I don't remember it being that much, unless it was $1300 + alignment. But, even then would be in the $1500-$1600 range.

I just know the dealership is not the place to go for them. A suspension shop is the best bet. Plus, you'll probably get in and out quickly.

Thanks a lot fellas didn't know how much a job like that cost. I did call a dealership and they recommended a local spring shop cause the price was to high there.
