    North dakota O/O

I have been trying to get leased on with a company in north dakota hauling water, gravel, sand....etc. I cannot find any ads looking for O/O. I would prefer a small company but they are hard to find online or phonebooks. Any advice on how to get this going? Seems like the last two times I tried leasing on something went wrong and totally got my hopes up....seeing as how I have a wife and 3 children to care for. It has been devastating

I have been in the nd oil fields for a while now and i will tell you all the company's that you will want to work for don't advertise. most every company i see advertise are all ones i would not work for. I am a company driver for one place but have a truck im looking to lease on somewhere, was originally going to lease with the company i work for now but there a little low on work for lease trucks right now and honestly kinda wanna get into something other than water hauling to do something different. kinda leaning towards flatbed or belly dump but crude seems to be going steady from some people iv talked to. working on building some leads now.
