Looking at buying a new seat
Old seat is worn out and looking to buy a new one. If you have purchased a aftermarket seat I would love to hear about what you bought, what you like about it and any other info that can help me make a good choice here.
No, I don't have 6k to spend on a Bose seat
tnx
Tim

I have a Sears Elite 80 and it's held up well. If you are a tall guy like myself tho and have long legs, you might want to look at the Bostrom Wide-Rides or the likes because the Elite's lower cushion does not extend out far enough to support my legs. It only comes out to about half-way to my knee. i know the Bostrom one I tired out a few weeks ago came all the way out to just behind my knee

About 8 years ago I bought a Bostorm Wide Ride and really liked it. Bought another one 2 months ago and I'm already thinking about throwing it on the scrap pipe. Seat cushion doesn't have much padding, it also doesn't extend out very far under my legs, arm rests are about 3-4 inches to short, and the back doesn't recline enough for my likings. I do like the "ultra leather" they use and how smooth the suspension is. I have to wait till the winter to give a comment on the seat heaters.
