You will need to add those states to your cab card and set up an IFTA account unless you already have that in place. There are often exemptions on certain rules for agriculture. You can check with OOIDA and ask to speak with someone in their permits department. www.ooida.com. If you plan on hauling oversized bales where you will be wider than 102" then you may need oversized permits. Those are the only things that I can think of off the top of my head. Either earlier this year or last year some oversized hay loads were given exemptions for loads going to Texas. It was only for a short time.

Just because it's not for profit(capitol gain) does not mean any states are not going to get their permit fee's. And on a side note (nothing personal) a cell phone and the lack of cell service has nothing to do with spelling.
