You live in Germany or in USA,iam from Austria

Viel Glück. Hast du schon einen amerikanischen LKW Führerschein?

Yet I live in Germany, a U.S. Driver License I have not yet. I have a German / international truck driver's license. As far as I have not asked, I think I should replace him

I don't think your German license will work here, you have to get your CDL here first, and have a residence in a state.
Your license will be from whatever state you will be living in. Each state has their own drivers license.
Also with Schneider, as far as I know, they aren't a bad company to work for. I don't hear a lot of bad stuff about them like I hear about other companies.
It will be 2-3 years before you learn enough here in the US to become comfortable owning your own truck. Make sure you learn all you can about how the trucking business works here, and about all the laws and regulations for trucking.
