Went to a local mattress store, found a real nice one. It has to be made custom wil be about $475 but a real nice comfy mattress. Back to my quack today my back is still pooched, start physio tomorrow. I hooked the hammer loop on my carpenter pants getting out of a trailer and ended up On my #####. That started the problem and the mattress made it worse, hopefully physio will straighten it out and a new mattress will make it stay away!!!

You can get them at any truck dealer as long as you have the measurements. Id advice either get an aftermarket or go to Sleep Country or any mattress store and get something that will fit. I went into the Pakkar dealership (Peterbilt/Kenworth) to get one for my Pete Heavy Wrecker, and the OEM mattress was $450. Got one at a mattress store for $120. I rarely use my bunk, so the company wouldnt fork out, nor would I expect them to, for the OEM Mattress

The OEM (black) mattresses that come in the Freightliner Cascadias are super comfy. I honestly slept fine on a nothing-too-special IKEA mattress in my room at home and would not hesitate to put a twin sized one in a truck.

The gray ones in the cheap Cascadias are nothing to brag about, more cringe worthy than anything.

The black ones in the dressed up ones were very good. Only slept on one briefly.

Innerspace, from Dalton, GA, has several grades, but I found no prices with a quick search. Also, many different sizes, varying with the different grades.

Some tas sell a few sizes of a middle grade, starting at 200 for a 35 by 79.

I would need a a 32 wide in the one I drive. Probably other sellers, but I'm not looking very hard.
