Speaking of scales I have a question. With all the fuel, EPA, and Kalifonicatin BS why do empty open trailers have to stop at scales? It's not like theres anything to hide and you know its not over weight... You'd think they would have passed some sort of "open-empty-trailer passby" rule. It wastes fuel, time.....
they want to see your stickers,ifta,icc,dot,etc,least thats what they told me

The last trip I made to Detroit I was pulled through the weigh line in MI, the fools made me stop, Backup, Pull up and stop again, Right about where the nonsense started. then I got the green light.....I was empty for heavens sake...

somebeaches got me there last week.15 minutes over 11 hours.put me out of service for 10
