RR, I get what you are saying, I am not gonna say it was smart..but my understanding is the fine is smaller for forgeting to log..than lying, I might be wrong..It really doesn't matter, my truck is parked anyway.......

Now if I can find someone to let me run it like I log it I'll be happy....lol

they go by how long u are out of date, falseifing a logbook is now a felony crime.if it don't match your tolls and fuel reciepts, then u better tell them u don't have one.buddy of mine's 23 year old son spent 3 days in jail in Maine for falseifing his logs

Thats fine as long as you have space you'll have no problems, you may have to get patches for your programs if they were DL'd for XP. To check free space goto start computer open then look at free space under the drive letter c:

as to your theory on logistics determining sucess or failure I would think ones willingness to make personal sacrifice is more likely to make that determination than location. IE living in bad lane= minimal hometime. if your not willing to give that up or move to a better lane location it would certainly doom an operation.

u are right about the sacrifices,i pulled a reefer for ten years, had to deadhead 3 hours east for the good loads.i got rid of my reefer, and bought a dry van.subtract the deadheadin and i make 20 percent more now, runnin out of Charlotte to the north
