Are you a company driver?If so,are you going to have to pay for the stolen fuel even though knowingly it's not your fault?What you should start doing is everytime you park,write down all the needed info of the trks next to you just incase.May seem like extra work but sometimes you have to do that to hopefully catch the thieves.

Forget the queston,are you a company driver,I see you posted in the O/O thread.But still does company drivers have to pay for the fuel that is stolen if the thieves leave your tank almost empty?

In the 70s we ran team to CA and a guy ran a hose to one of our trucks. Driver jumped in or truck and just took off ripping the guys fuel tank half off and dumping his fuel everywhere. Our drive had some damage tot he filler but look at it, drove away and then stopped and stuffed a towel in it.
