its basically a charge to your shipper if the rate of fuel goes above 1.25 per gallon i have a number i will be able to get to night if u would want it that you call and it gives you the surcharge for the region then u multiply that by the miles of the trip

Since we'll never see $1.25 a gallon again, I would try to make a rate based on current fuel prices. I created a formula that is based on my truck's MPG's and CPM. If you can come up with a per mile rate that will cover your costs and the customer agrees to, then a fuel surcharge may not be necessary.

tex the number is as follows call and follow the step by step instructions i believe diesal is number 1 then it gives you the rate for your part of the country just run it by how many miles the trip is and then multiply it its not gonna seem like much money but it will help some what 202-586-6966
