When I was with Bird Dog/Foley I had two brokers who would not give me loads because of them. I lost a very profitable lane which was the last straw for me.

 

I would contact them and have them send you in writing how to get out of the contract, I have a friend who signed up and was upfront aboout a bankruptcy he recently had. They later turned him down due to the bankruptcy and then charged him $1000 fee when he tried to sign up with a different factor willing to work with him.

 

We have cleared our account and no balance with them. but they saying we still have to pay money because they saying we didnt follow our contract. But i lost them now not answering any of my call and email. we need to get our release letter to get our costumers back. They just not doing anything but still holding us what should we do instead of let other factor to by out? please help

 

I think they are determine to hold you. It maybe time to talk to a lawyer. I know this is not what you want to hear, but these people are shady. They are going to make you deal with them, or put you out of buisness. Getting a lawyer involve will show them you mean business. I dont think they want to take the fight to court because they would surely lose.

 

Yes the company I work with has been using them for years. We have nothing but problems with them and they keeping taking large amounts of money randomly with no warning to use for "escrow" but that account is negative. They received 2 $5000 checks that went to our brokerage company. They cashed them and took them to "keep" however they are refusing to return them. The checks were from an entirely separate company that is not set up with them....AVOID them at all cost. WE found out they have taken aroun $30000 from us without notice over the last 3-4 months!!!

 

Been with them for a little while and no issue, ill post back if I run into a problem.

New to the board but I though I would check out my factoring company. Personally I got no complaints been with them almost two years. I get paid quickly and they respond to my calls or emails. The also match my quick pay rates. I notice that a lot of these negative posts are old so I am assuming they figured out how to be an effective factoring company over the years.

I work for a different factoring company and I can't begin to tell you how many truckers call us needing to leave FCS. Mainly because they don't tell you about their hidden fees, the contracts or that they don't answer the phones when you call.

 

i have been using them for 2 and a half years, I have never seen a more unprofessional company, they are the most unprofessional un organized company I have ever had any dealings with, they always holler escrow when they steal your money, they are always taking extra money they call fees, they are thieves, ...NEVER USE THESE THIEVES.....they will also leave you stranded beside the road when you need to depend on them, then you have to fight to get rid of them, I wish I had knew all of this before signing up with them, they try everything to keep you with them, and yet their services are the worst in the world,you can never get them on the phones either.
