Nope didn't mean PO box. Often a PO box won't work because they want a real address. Mail forwarder is just someone who gets your mail and redirects it to you.

Yes. Seems like a Kentuckian could do a whopping mail forwarding business for would be Progressive Insurance customers LOL.

As an example, the province of QC will not issue an oversize permit unless the carrier is a registered business in QC. Can't be a registered business without a QC address. Enter mail forwarder.

The 3 points on my dads licence added $3000/year give or take, he had a fender bender right before we renewed. It was going to drop $500/month when that happened but shot back up to what we paid last year. And experience and age I'm "high risk" because I'm a yongin. Progressive SCREWS people on insurance all the time. Great west for example will cut my premiums by about 30%. I carry $1,000,000 liability, $150k cargo PD on 2 trucks 1 truck at 65k one truck at 38.5k 3 trailers 1 at 25k, 1 trailer at 28k and one trailer at 65k forgot those are on the policy. Also carry downtime coverage and carry an extra coverage that will pay if somebody gets hurt around our equipment. Unlimited milage hurts as well dropping at a 500 mile radius would cut my policy in half but I can't drop that out of there due to the fact that my dad runs to the north east. I know my rates our ridiculous but bayou being quoted that is even more outrageous I have a reasons for it he does not!!!

No actually that has nothing to do with it. Believe it or not I can get my livestock insurance through the Hartford and pay $95/month for cargo. That includes deck collapse coverage and carcass removal. My premiums didn't change when I added cattle to my cargo my cargo insurance runs me I believe $3500/year but I'd have to check. I carry a lot more than I need one truck only needs $50k in cargo one truck needs $115k in cargo supposedly, but carrying 150k is what I choose to carry just in case. Beats the hell out of making up for $10,000 if you lose a full load. Cattle aren't cheap at all market went up $8/100 last week from what I understand which puts a 450lb heifer at about $950 and a 450lb steer at $1000. Think about that next time you see a pot rolling down the road and you can pack 120+ head on a 53 ft pot if the nose is decked and you have a 3/4 jail. You won't dare cross a scale but its possible. I've seen 105 calves packed on a 50ft pot in Holten Ks. Felt sorry for that kid I'm sure that was a cluster #### load.

Watch out their a lot of company that don't like Progressive Insurance. Heard that from a couple people (shippers).

I personally work with Northland insurance give them a call.

But i do Recommend to give simplex group a call, especially if you got two or one truck. They give fair rates. Hope that helps.

I do Belier everybody hates progrssive I do. If my customers knew that's who had my cargo they wouldn't load me. But I can't have cargo through 2 different companies and have it be cost effective really so who knows. I'll give them a call and see what can be done if anything kinda sucks having a 6 month wait before I can change and get some decent rates.

My cargo went up to $10,900 with 300K limits. No tickets, accidents or claims. Almost 6 percent of my gross. I pay retail for fuel, tires, everything. Have to hustle my own freight 80% of the time. 20% customer freight and declining regularly due to rate cutters. Might as well lease to Landstar or Mercer. That's what the government wants after all.

And why would the government want us to all lease to Mercer or Landstar?
Though I might think they would like to eliminate us O/O all together.
