Hello everyone... my personal advisor (SO) and I decided to give it a try to check Mercer out and see what they could offer me & my truck.
I'm under a load for my current company from PA to TX so it will be perfect for me to pass by Louisville.
What should I be asking for?
What tips could you Mercer and non-Mercer guys give me advice on?
My plan is if everything works out to be on board in the next 2-3 weeks.
I've already talked to a recruiter and they know I'm coming.
Thanks for your comments

Don't owe mercer anything when you start. Have all your gear chains, binders, straps...etc. That way you are not in the hole when you start.

I have my own gear, I may need a thing or 2, I'm switching because I'm starting to run dry.. so before I start falling behind on anything, I'd jump out to another company.

That's great. Their inspection is very very very meticulous abs, city horn, air horn, hoses rubbing or chaffing, drag links, reverse light on tractor and anything else they have been popped for lately.
Lucar Thanks this. -
