He may well have to take a "3 day" once a month or every other weekend or what ever he has to do to get the home stuff done. Thats the advantage of being O/O instead of a company slave. You can do that if you need.

Yup, that was the biggest motivator in buying the truck.

I definitely miss that freedom! But being home every night and weekends are nice too.
Its a trade off.
