Where is the best place to recruit drivers?

I think it's as much the ad as the site. You want to headhunt a current driver from another company... I assume.

A good ad should produce results on CL, but you're going to have to make it mighty attractive.

And don't spam the snot out of it. Whenever I see an ad posted all over creation in violation of the TOU, I assume they're posted by scumbags.

Havent ever created one on there. Have done a lot on freeservers over the years. Its rather easy but you are kind of limited to what you can make it do unless you know a lot of html code
