Note to mods: I'm not going into specifics of pay or anything on here because I am not trying to self advertise. Im also posting in the O/O forum and thus none of them want to work with me since thet own their own trucks. I think this post is with in he rules, but if not, please advise.
So, i just bought another truck and want to hire a driver. i was thinking cragslist, but figured that would turn up a bunch of losers that cant get a job elseware. Where is the best place to recruit drivers? Im in the flatbed industry so im looking for drivers with flatbed experience. Do you guys just talk to drivers at truck stops and try to recruit? Do you know of any good websites to post the job on? Monster and the other job specific sites didn't seem to truck friendly and are kinda pricey.
Thanks

I don't think I'll ever want to deal with having employees, but if I did I'd try to poach drivers you notice doing a good job.

Guess I'm a loser... I check out the c list transport jobs section from time to time to pass the time. Craigslist rocks.
