| Pilot car?? How would a person go about getting a job driving a pilot car? Is there special training needed? Uncle Bob and I both are interested in this aspect of the industry, but don't know where to find info on it! Bonnie  |

| You're asking about escort vehicles for OD loads, right? I would call a local company that does this and ask. I think a lot of the people that do this are independent small business owners and locate themselves close to businesses that need and escort for time to time. I know that the state laws for OD loads vary from state to state. Meaning that if a escort is needed in one state it may not be required in the next state. I've seen escorts sitting at state lines waiting for their OD load to get there.
