Hello all. I'm looking for the help locating, besides the dealer, the exhaust pipe. Dealer part number is 20866416, this is the pipe that runs from the front, after the flex pipe, to the rear, muffler, the price is outrageous. This pipe has the bend in it and I can't find anyone in my area who has the capability of bending the 5 inch pipe, If i would've bought the straight pipe and custom bend it. Anyone can help? Ideas? What about running the stainless flex pipe from the front all the way to the muffler?

Where are you located? I scavenged some parts from a yard near Detroit that had a bunch of Volvos, I bet they'd have one there for less than new.

NJ. I do not really want to go with the " used" because it may not last as long.

how many bends does it have? you might be able to get a couple pre bent elbows and some straight pipes and clamp it all together

That's what I was going to say see if you have enough room to clamp some bends or do a straight pipe and clamp a flex pipe where you need the bends, I just saw a 3' long 5" diameter flex pipe on ebay for like 30 bucks and 5' straight piece for 44 bucks

So you figure 30 for the flex 44 times 2 for the straight pieces would put you at like around 150 shipped, and that gives you 13' of pipe. Then just add some clamps to the cost, which I think are around 10 bucks a pop
