    You can do it yourself by calling the IRP phone # in your state and give them insur. info. then it will be sent to you.

    I understand that part. I'm talking about being OTR and needing IRP in states like Arizona, or Idaho and others where you need a permit to drive through. I know you can get them at port of entry, but it is easier to purchase them online I think.

    Great tread, need same info.

    I am not plated for west of Rockies but maybe need someday IRP permit for single trip.

    And IFTA if covered by my carrier so I am good on this end.

    I know OOIDA uses somebody when You call them, maybe Comdata?

    Most states will allow you to order online. There is usually an additional fee for ordering online. If you have a Rand McNally for trucks there are listings for state IRP, IFTA, etc., offices with numbers. You could also call the port of entry in states in which you want to cross to make sure you can get them for those states. If you plan on getting them at the port of entry, you may check their operating hours. Not all of them are open 24/7.
