    I wouldn't say Az. is "sticking it" to trucks. It's simply the way they collect highway use tax when buying diesel fuel.

    Even if they were, it's still better than what GA, AL, IL, CA, and NY do to all trucks, which is stick them with sales tax at the commercial pumps. Where the majority of purchases should be sales tax exempt to interstate carriers.
