    hey what other business can you get pulled over with blue lights by an ahole toting a gun just so you can do a routine inspection? Then while trying to be courteous as possible while on the side of a busy interstate still treat and talk to you like your a criminal. It's all good!

    I hear all of you guys on the point that:
    To each their own.
    That being said I could not compare the superior fuel economy, maneuverability, noise level of say 2014 Volvo I shift
    with any of your old school favorites no mater how many nostalgic memories and feelings they bring.
    Time marches forward, you will drive what you like but you can't disregard the whole class of newer better money makers just because some of them have glitches which all new things tend to have.

    I still drive an older, 2007 pre def truck myself, so I am not saying everyone should have brand new equipment. Still if the best economy you can hope for is 7 mpg and drivers in todays age routinely get 9 maybe there is some cash left on the table sacrificed for the sake of driving with style which is also a matter of taste and not a given

    I was thinking the same thing. Or pulling a hopper or end dump at 85 to 90k.
